Executive Update – Fantastic XR AI

A tech startup dedicated to researching, developing, and publishing XR and AI technologies. We want to bring magic to the world, the thing that brings wonder to people's eyes, activates their sense of imagination, and destroys what they believe is possible.

This month’s update covers key progress at Fantastic XR AI, including a 6x return on initial capital, the launch of our official website, and major development milestones across our core products: The Hunter System (THS) and Adly.

While we were not selected for Y Combinator or Genera8tor, we’ve made critical strides:

• Incorporated in Delaware (C-Corp status pending)

• Location-based audio system completed in THS

• Adly MVP Demo released, thanks to a web rebuild due to Flutter-related security concerns

• New client opportunity with Bounce O Bounce

Key challenges remain around funding, domain ownership, and establishing a sustainable revenue stream. We are actively hiring and looking for support through referrals, feedback, and network resources.

• ✅ Completed location-based sound for The Hunter System—players now hear sound effects that change dynamically with distance. Imagine hearing a monster creeping up on you or a fireball zoom right past your head

  • Next steps are to setup our API accounts and start test launching ads

🚧 Challenges

• ⚠️ Flutter proved insecure for web apps handling sensitive data. We restarted Adly in Lovable, sacrificing some UI elements (like the scroll wheel) but improving dev speed

• ❓ Its normal to hear no during the journey of a start-up, but are we hearing the normal no or is there an underlying problem there?

• 💰 Difficulty securing pre-seed funding and establishing revenue stability

• 🌐 Domain issues: All major Adly domains (.com, .ai, .org) were purchased by another party
