December marked a foundational month focused on strengthening our pipeline, validating product direction, and preparing for long-term scale. We expanded our early audience, progressed Adlee toward launch readiness, initiated hardware and research development for Augma, and began applications for major funding opportunities. While revenue remains limited, pre-launch, momentum across product, partnerships, and fundraising continues to build.

  • We now have 45 emails collected through customer discovery and early user outreach, with plans to continue growing this list through launch

  • Latest photorealistic reference images for Augma have been completed

  • Video and image generation for Adlee is fully complete and ready for user testing

  • We have begun development of Augma hardware in Altium

  • Custom AI for Adlee is now in development

  • We have started the application process for the National Science Foundation (NSF) Seed Fund for up to $2M, and are currently preparing the Phase I project pitch for the initial $500K

  • We have submitted our application for Z Fellows and are awaiting results

  • For Adlee, we are working toward increasing the number of supported platforms, with Snapchat and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) bringing us closer to launch

🚧 Challenges

  • Converting Adlee users into paying subscribers remains difficult as we have not reached full launch and the value proposition is still in its infancy

  • Limited time availability due to most of the team currently being part-time

  • Reaching predictable MRR to support sustainable payroll

  • Long-term goal is $180K/month in revenue, enabling the full team to go full-time, aligned with 12,000 Adlee subscribers

Lowlights

  • We lost a team member, not because they didn’t want to continue working with us, but because we simply do not yet have the financial ability to support them.

  • We entered this period believing we would be able to start payroll within a few months. The reality falling short of that expectation has been disappointing and humbling.

  • Bringing the entire team together on a weekly basis is not currently possible.

  • Some team members have not met each other yet. We are spread across Texas, California, Illinois, and Ohio, and that physical distance continues to create separation beyond just geography.

  • None of the team members are currently full-time.

Highlights

  • Still disciplined and motivated to push forward, regardless of all our challenges.

  • We are projecting numbers such as 6× ROI and a $1M early-seed valuation.

Active Project

  • Adlee – One-click ad creation and management platform

  • The Hunter System – AR social adventure game

  • Rehab Ranger – Gamified rehabilitation app

  • Augma – Conceptualization and research of the device and platform

Completed Projects

Road Map

  • Use Adlee to generate revenue and reinvest that capital into building Augma. Within Augma, The Hunter System will be released as an application.

  • Leverage our partnership with Rehab Ranger to bring in additional liquidity and increase the overall value of Augma AI.

👥 Hiring

We are actively expanding our team with the following roles:

  • SaaS Sales Executive – Focused on lead acquisition and conversion for Adlee (experience selling online productivity or SaaS tools preferred).

Referrals and recommendations are highly appreciated.

🙌 How You Can Help

  • Please help us accelerate the development of Adlee by connecting us with a versatile software engineer (generalist / polymath). We are looking for someone with solid fundamentals across web development, application development, operating systems, and AI. They do not need deep expertise in every area, adaptability and the ability to grow quickly with AI support are what matter most.

  • Please help us prepare Adlee for launch by introducing us to potential users through customer discovery. Connections to individuals or businesses that could benefit from Adlee are extremely valuable at this stage.

  • Please connect us with investors. Capital is critical to maintaining momentum, as we do not yet have consistent monthly recurring revenue and currently rely on occasional project-based income while covering recurring monthly costs.

  • Share referrals for competitions, advisors, or strategic partners

  • Engage with and share our socials to expand reach

  • Provide introductions that can support our upcoming fundraising round
