This month we made solid progress across team growth, technical validation, and early traction. We secured a second investor who also joined the team, improved internal collaboration through consistent weekly meetings, and validated core Augma research with the Telelink AI reaching 90% accuracy. Adlee moved closer to launch with a sharper focus on reducing wasted ad spend and maximizing ROI. While we remain pre-revenue, these steps position us well for the next phase of execution.

  • We obtained the research papers for both the Telelink and AR glasses components of Augma, including access to the original datasets used to train the AI.

  • Using this research and data, we successfully trained the Telelink AI to reach 90% accuracy.

  • Based on our current position, we are projecting a $7M seed-stage valuation.

  • We have a new co-development potential partnership with Confidence Spark

  • We are accelerating the launch timeline for Adlee sooner than expected due to a blessing in disguise. Adlee is now centered on reducing wasted ad spend and maximizing ROI. This is our new pitch: “About 20 - 60% of marketing Ad spend is wasted. That's billions every year. Adlee an AI tool that helps businesses learn, while creating, publishing, and optimizing campaigns across all platforms, Think Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. It uses AI to support ad creation and even generate platform-specific ads that a user can edit and launch to the supported platforms. Adlee supports text, image, and video generation with custom AI that helps lower ad spend and improve targeting. Users can track the performance of their ads directly on Adlee’s dashboards. 🚧 Challenges

  • Converting Adlee users into paying subscribers remains difficult, as we have not yet reached full launch and the value proposition is still maturing.

  • Achieving predictable monthly recurring revenue (MRR) to support sustainable payroll remains a key challenge.

  • Our long-term target is $180K per month in revenue, enabling the full team to transition to full-time roles, aligned with approximately 12,000 Adlee subscribers.

Lowlights

  • We were not selected for the Z Fellows program.

  • We entered the past six months believing we would be able to begin payroll within a few months. The reality falling short of that expectation has been both disappointing and humbling.

  • Some team members have not met in person yet. We are distributed across Texas, California, Illinois, and Ohio, and that physical distance continues to create separation beyond just geography.

  • None of the team members are currently full-time.

Highlights

  • The team remains disciplined and motivated to push forward, regardless of ongoing challenges.

  • We successfully replicated key research papers for the Augma, validating our technical approach.

  • Team collaboration has improved, with team members consistently participating in Saturday meetings.

Road Map

  • Use Adlee to generate revenue and reinvest that capital into building Augma. Within Augma, The Hunter System will be released as an application.

  • Leverage our partnership with Rehab Ranger to bring in additional liquidity and increase the overall value of Augma AI.

  • Continue co-development with Confidence Spark to generate early MRR.

👥 Hiring

We are actively expanding our team with the following roles:

  • SaaS Sales Executive – Focused on lead acquisition and conversion for Adlee (experience selling online productivity or SaaS tools preferred).

  • Please help us accelerate the development of Adlee by connecting us with a versatile software engineer (generalist / polymath). We are looking for someone with solid fundamentals across web development, application development, operating systems, and AI. They do not need deep expertise in every area, adaptability and the ability to grow quickly with AI support are what matter most.

  • Please help us prepare Adlee for launch by introducing us to potential users through customer discovery. Connections to individuals or businesses that could benefit from Adlee are extremely valuable at this stage.

  • Please connect us with investors. Capital is critical to maintaining momentum, as we do not yet have consistent monthly recurring revenue and currently rely on occasional project-based income while covering recurring monthly costs.

  • Share referrals for competitions, advisors, or strategic partners

  • Engage with and share our socials to expand reach

  • Provide introductions that can support our upcoming fundraising round
